Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it until 14 days after receiving your goods.

To cancel an order, please contact us:

If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

If you cancel after dispatch, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Any refunds will be processed once the goods are returned and inspected.

Returns & Refunds (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To assist with your return, we can arrange collection, and the cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refund Conditions & Deductions

Once returned, our workshop team will inspect the item to assess its condition. If the item is not in its original state or has been used, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the assigned grade:

  • Grade 1 โ€“ 10% deduction
  • Grade 2 โ€“ 20% deduction
  • Grade 3 โ€“ 30% deduction

If the item has been significantly used or damaged, we may be unable to issue a full refund.

To proceed with a return, please contact us to arrange a weekday collection date that suits you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If you discover a fault after delivery, contact our technical support team for assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faults reported within 30 days of delivery qualify for a full refund or replacement. Beyond this period, we may offer a repair or partial refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Barclays ePDQ).
  • It may take up to 3 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Safe Returns of Petrol-Operated Items

For safety reasons, all petrol and oil must be drained from petrol-powered products before returning them. By requesting a collection, you confirm that the item is safe for transport.
