I have used a few times now and the machine seems to be getting noisier. I am dismantling feeder and hopper each time to check and clear any debris. I would not recommend this machine or the company for its back up ā being told this is normal doesnt make it better to use !!
All good except for my telephone query regarding a noise the shredder is making from new. It sounds like something is catching. It is not the blades which I have checked. Other than that seems ok.

Useful accessory. Fiddly to fit but worth it. I was lucky that I had the correct size spanner and allen key.
Pleased with my purchase, really efficient log splitter.
